Attention 5th Grade Parents:
5th Grade Photograph Collection
The 5th grade “Moving Up” ceremony will take place on the last day of school. During the 5th grade “Moving Up” ceremony, a slide show will be presented to the class with a collection of baby pictures, current 5th grade pictures and many candid group pictures of the kids throughout this school year. We also receive many of the 5th grade candid pictures from the school’s photographer.
What do we need from each 5th grade family?
A baby OR toddler photograph of your 5th grade student. Please try to keep this photograph to 3 years of age or younger. You can also send us group pictures, but all group pictures need to be of only 5th graders from the current year.
How do you submit?
All images must be saved as JPG files and emailed to the following address:

If you only have hard copies of a baby picture, we ask that you get help with scanning the photo and saving it as a JPG file.
In your email please include:
*In email subject line: include your student’s name and the name of your child’s
homeroom teacher. (example: Kate McAdow, Unger)
*In saved JPG file name: please save your picture with your child’s last name in the file
name (example: Kisiel.JPG)
*For group pictures: please let us know in the email who is in each picture.
(example: 00012.JPG- McAdow, Adams, Perman).
When do we need all pictures?
Please submit all pictures to the provided email address at your earliest convenience but no later than Friday, March 15th, 2019
